The page title is spelled wrong. Also, because you can install firmware and through portage as well, it should just say package, not software package (that's what they're called, anyway). So, it should be "TIP Emerging a specific version of a package".

Agreed. Unfortunately, I don't know how to rename/remove articles. Also, please note that I made a proposal to merge it with TIP_Installing_Specific_Packages. I think it would be even better to create a new one HOWTO_something that contains even more info then (keywording, unmasking, slots..). TIP is supposed to be rather short and this wouldn't fit in there.. --Kraymer 18:37, 13 December 2006 (UTC)
