[edit] Subversion test flag

hi. i had to enable the test flag to get svn installed. i think this might be the case for a lot of people. so this should be mentioned here i think.

I have never had to enable the test USE flag or FEATURES flag for subversion (or any other package). The test USE flag is designed to be optional by definition, so you should report any package where it isn't to http://bugs.gentoo.org
