It is not that PaX is incompatible. It is about integration. PaX can function by its own. GrSec integrate RSBAC and RSBAC directly use the PaX API.
GrSec does not integrate RSBAC at all. GrSec has RBAC, it's own access control logic. It also integrates with PaX
RSBAC is another framework, with it's own access control modules, and one of these modules is PaX.
